We ship our items exclusively via insured DHL or DPD parcel services. One order may contain up to 2 items. For logistical reasons, multiple orders cannot be combined.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country:

Shipping within Germany: €0.00

Shipping to Austria: €20.00

Shipping to Denmark: €20.00

Shipping to BeNeLux: €20.00

Shipping to Switzerland: €20.00

Shipping to other EU countries: €20.00
(e.g. Poland, Italy, France, Sweden, United Kingdom)

Shipping outside Europe: €30.00

NOTICE: Please note that orders shipped outside Germany may be subject to additional customs duties and fees.

RETURNS

INFORMATION ON RETURNS WHEN EXERCISING THE LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
(see section 6 of our General Terms and Conditions)
or in the case of an exchange according to section 7 of our General Terms and Conditions.

To facilitate the return process when exercising the legal right of withdrawal according to section 7 of our General Terms and Conditions, please follow the steps below.

IF YOU RESIDE IN GERMANY, you will find both the return form (i) and the shipping label (ii) enclosed with your order:

1. Place the items in their original packaging, together with (i) the return form, inside the shipping box and close it securely. Then attach (ii) the shipping label clearly visible on the package.
2. You can then drop off the return package at the nearest post office.

IF YOU RESIDE IN A COUNTRY WHERE WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS, please contact your nearest post office (where you can obtain a shipping label) and then follow the steps below:

1. Place the items in their original packaging, together with (i) the return form, inside the shipping box and close it securely.
2. Take the return package to the nearest post office. Please do not forget to purchase a sufficiently stamped (ii) shipping label and attach it to the parcel.

Once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Please note that processing may take up to 14 days.

ADDITIONAL NOTICE FOR ORDERS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION

Please note that for orders within the European Union the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

The costs for returning the parcel must also be borne by the customer. In these cases, return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
